Practice daily for 15 days. Before you begin, write down how you feel physically and emotionally. Note any areas of pain or restricted movement. Note any feelings of depression or sadness, anxiety, frustration, fear, anger, etc. Take a photo of yourself (in a full body mirror if possible) or have a family member (if one is nearby) take a full body photo. On the day of the challenge commit to showing up daily for just 15 days. In 15 days, you will see some kind of measurable change that will get you excited to keep on with daily practice.
