Practice daily for 100 days. Before you begin, write down how you feel physically and emotionally. Note any areas of pain or restricted movement. Note any feelings of depression or sadness, anxiety, frustration, fear, anger, etc. Take a photo of yourself (in a full body mirror if possible) or have a family member (if one is nearby) take a full body photo. On the day of the challenge commit to showing up daily for 100 days. In 100 days of daily consistent practice, you will see measurable changes in physically and emotionally. Journal weekly to track your progress. Take another photo and do a pain assessment again at the end of the 100 days. Share your experience in the Forum.
